An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join Jewel Home Support. We are an approved lead provider for Bolton Council and the NHS, serving Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
Role Includes
- — Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility)
- — Assisting with meal preparations
- — Assisting with administering medication
- — Assisting with moving and handling
- — Working to care plans and completing daily paperwork
- — Assisting with shopping and community access
- — Assisting with light domestic duties
