Our journey began in 2012, when Jewel Home Support was established as a passionate and independent care provider with one clear mission — to support people in living independently in the comfort of their own homes. Over the years, our service has grown through dedication, trust and strong relationships within the community. By listening to the people we care for, and continuously developing our team, we have been able to deliver personalised support that makes a real difference in everyday life.

We welcome all feedback, as your thoughts help us continually enhance the quality of our services. Our Compliance Team manages all complaints and concerns, and full documentation is provided in your home before care begins.
